POLICY

All prices are subject to change without any notice. We can do quotations: they will remain valid for a period of 30 days.

• EEC Customers: we have to charge Italian 20% VAT unless you are VAT registered.
• Outside EEC customers : deduct 20% VAT.

 

PAYMENT

Payments must be in advance for orders outside Italy. We do not directly accept credit cards, but we accept Paypal. For special orders, custom work or custom made orders with high price, it may be subject to a deposit before proceeding with the order. Balance must be paid before delivery. We will advise you of this upfront.

FREIGHT

Freight, postage or shipping is not included in the price. Please contact us for a quotation, depending on the urgency and size / weight of the goods. We are not responsible for your country's particular importation taxes and duties. Goods are sent uninsured unless requested. Please advise us immediately of any damaged that you think has occurred during the shipping of items. It is advisable to open items while in the presence of the courier whom delivered the items.

 

WARRANTY

All goods are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase for defects due to manufacturing, unless otherwise specified. We cannot warrant any devices into which our products are installed or for any damage to our device not caused by a manufacturing fault (such as speakers damage, physical or other damage to persons using or standing by the product). The warranty only covers replacement of defective parts, to make the product function as anticipated.

 

INSTALLATION

Installation is not included in these prices (unless otherwise specified). Buyer will be careful to do the installation. If you think you will need some help, please contact us for suggestions and support.

WARNING: in many goods we offer there are voltages near 230VAC or even higher which can potentially kill, so please ensure you are fully qualified and confident in handling such devices and voltages.
